In recent years I have preferred to start my year a litle more slowly. No more sprinting out of the starting blocks on 1 January. A bit more gentle awakening to my intentions and desires for the new year, that can ferment over a few weeks, ready for the spring energy that starts to flow with longer days and the first growth popping out of the ground in February and March.

Then I will guide you step by step through the collage process. Finally I will invite you to share your collage and we will have time to explore it together, make sense of anything unexpected that has come up, and uncover a few first steps that you want to take to prepare for the new year.Â
If you are based in the UK, I will post magazine materials, a page for collaging onto, and a glue stick to you ahead of our call, all you will need to bring is a pair of scissors. If you’re based overseas they might not arrive in time, so I will share a materials list separately.
