Because we are all unique, everyone’s recipe for skills, creativity and rest will look a little different. One thing I am sure of though, is that everyone can be a leader, and being successful does not mean having to lead like anyone else. It means leading like you!
I currently offer one to one coaching as individual sessions, or multi-session packages.
A one-off single session is sometimes all we need to get unstuck or see more clearly. My one-off, online sessions last 1.5 hours and cost £120.

One to one coaching packages
Typically, this will involve six one-to-one coaching sessions lasting around 1.5 hours each, meeting every 3 or 4 weeks over 4-6 months, to suit your needs.
How to get started? We’ll arrange a short get-to-know each other call, so that you can share what’s bringing you to coaching, I can tell you about my style, and together we can explore how we might work together.
All my programmes are unique, because you are unique. Together we will design just what you need right now. This might include:
exploring your unique leadership style, that works for you, bringing success without burnout
discovering what really matters most to you at work, and in life
working out what you want, and creating a clear action plan to get there
overcoming challenges including the voice in your head that might be holding you back,
understanding how you feel about this goal and the work to get there, noticing how this might be holding you back, and working out how to move through this towards success
developing greater awareness of how you respond to situations and learning different ways to be in those moments, that might serve you and those around you better
All the coaching I offer is bespoke, I draw on all my experience and training to build packages that are right for you, no one size fits all.
